Fully trained staff
- All our staff are vetted to meet stringent requirements set by Ofsted. Prior to starting work, satisfactory references from the most recent former employers and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services checks are obtained for each member of staff we employ. These checks are updated on a regular basis regardless of length of service.
- Some of our staff are qualified to degree levels and with Early Years professional status, we encourage trainees to complete their qualification.
